I am an artist based in Budapest, Hungary.

My paintings are exploration to the unknown, a journey to faraway places, times, dimensions, ideas... Into the depth, into ourselves...

They are invitation to an endless journey, where the direction is defined by You, the viewer. From my perspective we shouldn’t determine a specific meaning of any art piece, rather we as the viewers explore what it really means for us. So, I want you to do so with my paintings as well.

I am putting exploratory joy and love in every detail. I usually start with a concept, an impression, something intangible.

And then I let it to unfold, to go deeper or to merge into something new and unexpected.

I both cherish the (cultural) heritage of our ancestor’s trough history; and modernity, the reinvention of the preestablished.

However, I like some intellectual food for my mind, I find it even more important that the way I paint has an almost childlike, intuitive nature. I needed many years to finally find these qualities lost long ago. I have studied different kind of art, artists, the nature to earn them back.

As a huge art fan, I experience that the connection through art is a special one. This kind of connection is my greatest hope when I am revealing my paintings to You.
